1. SCOPE
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online store at framefocus.store. The store is operated by Frame & Focus, Switzerland.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout.

4. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Our products are made to order (print-on-demand). Production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Delays caused by third parties (e.g. customs, carriers) are beyond our control.

5. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement — no return shipment required. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and cancellation is no longer possible.

7. WARRANTY
We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the case of justified defects, we will provide a free replacement.

8. LIABILITY
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
